Here is my chicken salad recipe. How I came up with this recipe was I had nothing to eat for lunch one day! So I went in my refriegerator to see what we had. And I saw some chicken from last nights dinner. This Recipe calls for about 1/4 a cup of half inch cubed cooked chicken, 1 table spoon of mayo, and 1 teaspoon of musterd.
Mix the mayo and musterd in a bowl together and then slowly fold in the chicken. Dont mix together so much or else the chicken will fall apart. This recipe is great to make sandwiches with, have a dip for tortia chips, putting in a pita shell, or just eating. This is a easy and delishous recipe!
